bah man

"Lord, you are good and your mercy endureth forever,"

There was this one question in camp posed by one of the preteen boys that got me thinking "BAH MAN why are you asking that?!" 'cos it was such a =__= question.

The question was,

"Who created God?"

Like, how are you going to answer that question without being theoratical?

But Ps. Daniel gave the best answer I've heard so far. It did not refer to the scriptures, but it was very true in a way. He said (though not in the exact words),

"The problem with us is that we always think on a basis of time. Everything we do is determined by time-our past was like this, our present, and our future. This timeline basis does NOT apply to God. God does not live in time. TIME LIVES IN GOD."

And THAT got me thinking. History, time, milleniums, revolutions, past, present, future-all these things live in God.
The timeline structure that we use to learn everything by, that we use to measure our lives by-that is a small part of God!

There is so much more to Him that I really cannot grasp, it slips out of my mind. All glory be to God.
