i will wait with a hammer and a mace

very copacobana-ish! credits to ivan

In April, there will be a Penang Food Trip organised by Iona for our coursemates. Response, though steady, has been lukewarm so far.

pretty right pretty right?! credits to andrew

In August, Hollywood Glam aka Prom will take place, organised by the college, with most of ADP students holding major roles. I've just checked out Andrew's blog (he's the designer for the prom) and there's even a promo video up! Very flashy and attractive; I'm definitely buying a ticket.

The ticket for a one night prom is RM 88.
The fees for the 3day 2night food extravaganza out of Selangor is RM 165.

Do the math people! Prom's in August.

Of course we got awesome stuff back in Ipoh. Got alot of hot chicks too. Haha. But I went to Penang recently like 2 months ago and I gotta admit that they have better food there. Of course Ipoh's Laksa and Char Kway Teau cannot compare to Penang's one la. Ipoh's Laksa like cacated wan. But our Bean Sprouts Chicken and Ipoh White Coffee are second to none. The coffee that OldTown White Coffee Shop serves is 'pirated' wan. You mau ori punya old town white coffee then you must go to Ipoh's old town to try :p

Ah yes. Bean Sprout Chicken Rice *drools* I LOVE that delicious meal.
Haha, anything by Old Town is pirated. I don't trust franchises xD

So, any extraordinary kopitiams in Ipoh you'd like to recommend? Or are all kopitiams the same?

Actually the Bean Sprouts Chicken is served with Hor Fun le. Ipoh's Hor Fun cannot be clamped with chopsticks (if ori punya) and then our bean sprouts are short and thick. Haha. Then if you like coffee, you should go to Ipoh's Old Town. If you want to know more about Ipoh cuisine, you can check this out:-
