"Now...where did I put those marbles?"

Starbucks CEO, Howard Shultz has announced that they will be closing down about 600 outlets in the US due to the soon-to-come recession. This will throw about 12,000 people out of their jobs.

The article I read says that people are now giving up gourmet coffees due to rising fuel costs. People, there is no oil left if you keep on living as you do. (Sometimes I wonder if I'll be able to finish my 4+0.) For all of our sakes, please be kinder and nicer to the environment. Reduce, reuse, recycle, carpool and get a hybrid car.

Tomorrow's the day we have a charity showcase for charity. Haha. It's been an awesome fortnight, and I'll miss the practices, laughters and oh so many dramatical moments worthy of a reality tv show.

These people (and more) are awesome. They actually deliberately caused Joo Li to shed some tears on her birthday by "forgetting" her birthday and surprised her with a cake.

Nothing's ever right. But that has to be! Who am I kidding. We all have our own facades to keep us from breaking down for no reason everyday. Sigh. The littlest thing will actually be the straw that breaks the camel's back, you know.
