These are awesome pans! You use them to cook Paella, a Spanish delicacy. In a paella, there's rice/risotto, meat and vegetables. Gwyneth Paltrow was on Oprah last week with chef Mario Batelli, and the recipie they used looks pretty simple.
And buy a grill pan, if affordable

Isn't this the most functional pan you'd ever seen? One can grill capsicums, potatos, onions and garlic on it. Or even bacon. Or grill a cheese sandwhich.

And that dish sounds like fried rice.
Fancy shiny wok. More shallow than normal woks. Oh, scratch that, it sounded bimbotic.
You have obviously never tried seafood paella! It's addictively memorable =d and not at all like nasi goreng ok.
