...they don't teach you to warm up leftover food before eating it.
...which was why I was lying on the cold floor with a horrible stomach ache this evening, putting ointment on my stomach. That didn't work, but I prayed for it to go away. After a few minutes, it did! God is our healer! Can I get an amen?
I hope Rachel and Wee Han didn't get the tummy aches too.
So it was around 5.30pm, and we were in the parking lot of Sunway Pyramid. Rachel, Wee Han and I got hungry from walking around, so we ate all the food leftover from the morning-rice, chicken curry, masala, salad-CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP!
And that was the cause of the horrible tummy ache. Silly us. No one taught us to heat up cold food before eating them! That is why the ministry of education should put this little-known fact into the Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan syllabus.
The food that we ate was from the morning's picnic. Janelle, Iona, Rachel, Wee Han and I went to Pantai Remis on the pretence of having a picnic (but really, we were there to give Rachel a surprise birthday celebration ONE WEEK before the day).
Ahaha, she was surprised! Hooray.
The beach was empty with the exeption of the random stork or three around. We ate and celebrated but had to cabut when two suspicious figures circled close to us.
After a loong camwhoring session on the beach in the glaring morning sun (it was around 11am when we were done eating), suggestions on where to go was thrown about (as the day was still young, and ACCOUNTS HOMEWORK NOT COMPLETED). Aeon...Iona's house..."Eh let's go Sunway!" piqued Wee Han.
Four Christmases, a pair of sunglasses, a pashmina and lots of window shopping later, we went home.
